Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure we can accommodate all our patients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment without prior notification, a fee of £25 will apply. Your booking fee of £1 will be refunded after your visit.
